If you are interested in becoming a mentor or counselor, you must meet the following requirements:
MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS:
-Must be 21yr of age and older
-Must adhere to a Background check
-Must adhere to all DWD Bylaws
-Yearly Dues $60.00 (due after application is approved)
-Application fee is $20.00 (non-refundable)
